Spa Etiquette

Check-In

We recommend that you check in with the front desk 15 minutes prior to your session so that you have ample time to fill out any intake forms, arrange payment and get ready for your spa experience. Your session will end on time, regardless of how late you start, so that the next client is not delayed.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you fail to attend your session without notice you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.

Gratuity

Gratuity is always appreciated, yet is descretionary and based on the enjoyment of your spa experience. Gratuity is a personal choice. Standard gratuity is 15%-20%.
